Policies

Reservations:

2 night stay minimum, 3 night minimum stay on Holidays

Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card is necessary for a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit:
$50 for two nights, $25 for each additional night

We accept personal checks, cash, or money orders for balance, due immediately upon arrival.

Drop-ins welcome, if we have a vacancy.

Pets allowed. (We love 'em too.)

Check in time is 2:00 pm.

Check out time is 11:00 am.

Cancellations:

If you cancel, you must speak with a person

30+ day notice - no extra charge

Less than 30 day notice or no show - we reserve the right to charge full price for your reservation ($180 per night for Memories cabin)

Upon arrival, you are responsible for payment for every night you have reserved

Liability:

Customers are responsible for damages incurred not due to ordinary usage of property. Customers are liable for replacement cost, or damages for canoes, kayaks, life jackets, boats, motors, or paddles lost or damaged beyond ordinary usage. Credit cards will be charged the replacement value of equipment or furnishings lost or destroyed beyond use.

Customers will also be charged $30.00 for excessive cleanup.

We are not responsible for injuries or accidents, either personal or to the belongings of our customers, incurred while staying at Mt. Fork River Front Cabins, or while using our equipment on the river or on our premises.

A reservation with Mt. Fork River Front Cabins using the necessary credit card is implied consent to all rules and policies as stated at www.mtforkriverfrontcabins.com.

We reserve the right to decline service to anyone or any group.
